¿Qué es el nuevo RGPD?
Es el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo. Publicado el 27 de abril del 2016 Relativo a la protección de datos de las personas fiscas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos.
¿Qué regula?
Establece el nuevo marco jurídico para la protección y el tratamiento de los datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos de forma uniforme para todos los países de la UE.
¿Qué deroga?
Deroga la Directiva 95/46CE del parlamento europeo y del consejo de 24 de octubre del 1995 relativa a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos.
